“My name is Anna Lubrano and today, in the middle of my 40s, I have a strange  mix of feelings, as I officially write that my job is Coaching [considering motivational quotes make me blue…].

I was not always able to associate to work the truest and richest expression of my identity.
Yet, at the same time, at every new job as Science Industry manager,  I removed layers of shiny paint, and discovered my foundations.

 And in the end, I left my corporate position to focus on coaching full time, to identify more with my job and – also – to pursue a certain ideal of HUMANITY.

Today, I am fully accredited with the International Coaching Federation as ACC, Associate Certified Coach.

Oh! I almost forgot:

 I come from Naples and therefore am, according to the cliché [but there is often some truth in clichés],   Lively,  Welcoming, Ambitious, Strong, Witty,  Efficient, Lucid. 

The list of adjectives, as for all of us, is endless.

 The fact is Naples is the perfect paradigm of life itself, attached as it is to a hope that changes over time yet always has the same function: to make it possible to try something – and very often to succeed”.
