I decided to start a coaching journey with Anna to focus my lifegoals, to discover myself, to become aware of the triggers of my frustration and the saboteurs of my self-peace.
I set-up my lifegoals and defined the path to succeed, but – while I was going through this journey with Anna – I had an illumination: I was exclusively focusing on the future goals, while I was neglecting my present life along the path.

Coaching has enabled me to experience introspection and meditation: I have invested valuable time to get to know myself and analyze the decisional approach that I used to have.
The increased awareness of myself has guided me on a path of prioritization of my needs and wishes, while maintaining the authentic “me” always at the main position.
Thanks to this awareness, I managed to identify my personal “decisional tree”, an efficient instrument to deal with hard decision-making processes.

I can’t recommend Anna as a coach enough. She has been my coach since last year when thanks to her support and guidance I completely changed my career, and with that, my life!
